This Is Fake DIY have picked us and our pals The Scarlet Tuesday as "Best of Myspace" for March! Hooray!

Who could fail to love a band who've written an ode to - and near love song about - their Walkman? Lardpony have done just that (the track 'My Portable Friend'), and more. We're not sure if softly sung guitar pop has sounded so good this side of The Lodger. Dare most bands who sound so lovely sing about zombie brides? We think not.

We now OFFICIALLY have badges - ask us at gigs and we'll dish them out for free. There's four designs, can you collect them all? CAN YOU?

First gig of the year is THIS FRIDAY, at The Tone Club, Nottingham, with Tiny Dancers and Love Ends Disaster. We'll be debuting precisely ONE new song and ONE new guitar.

NEXT THURSDAY (23rd) we have our second gig, at Vaults, Derby, with My Psychoanalyst, Little Courage and Hoofbite. We might debut another song. Who knows?
