April 1st is at the Rescue Rooms in Nottingham, and is an early gig - doors 7pm, finishes 10:15pm for the club night. Tickets here.
April 2nd is at the Jericho Tavern in Oxford. Tickets here.
The last couple of gigs have been excellent. I broke the A string on my new guitar during the FIRST song at the Vaults gig, and had to borrow a guitar from My Psychoanalyst.
No sign of the album yet, but the badges are disappearing fast!

Tuesday, March 14th
Who could fail to love a band who've written an ode to - and near love song about - their Walkman? Lardpony have done just that (the track 'My Portable Friend'), and more. We're not sure if softly sung guitar pop has sounded so good this side of The Lodger. Dare most bands who sound so lovely sing about zombie brides? We think not.
We now OFFICIALLY have badges - ask us at gigs and we'll dish them out for free. There's four designs, can you collect them all? CAN YOU?
First gig of the year is THIS FRIDAY, at The Tone Club, Nottingham, with Tiny Dancers and Love Ends Disaster. We'll be debuting precisely ONE new song and ONE new guitar.
NEXT THURSDAY (23rd) we have our second gig, at Vaults, Derby, with My Psychoanalyst, Little Courage and Hoofbite. We might debut another song. Who knows?
